Kitchen Dazz

Stuffed Green Peppers
Well here I am again with a quick and easy recipe.  You know for us people who don't really like to cook quick and easy is great any way here she goes.

You need:

1 pound Ground Beef                  5 medium round green peppers

1 Onion (chopped)                       3 cups any kind of jar spaghetti

2 cups minute rice                       shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

All You do is:

Cut off the tops of the green peppers & clean seeds out.  Boil in a large pot for 5 min. or until peppers are dull green.  Brown beef with onion & add uncooked rice & 2 cups of the spagetti sauce.  Place peppers in a pie stone or casserole dish.  Fill peppers with meat/rice mixture if you have leftover meat mixture place around the peppers & pour remaining cup of spaghetti sauce over peppers.  Cover with aluminum foil & bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.  Remove foil & sprinkle with grated cheese.  Bake for 10 minutes uncovered.

Welcome to Kimberly's Doodles

Hello, everyone. I would like to first say thank you for coming and doodling with me. Some of you might be wondering what's with the name. Well to tell you the truth, who knows, sounds cute.
My name is Kimberly and am a wife to a wonderful man, Dennis and a mother of two beautiful children (ok I am bias here). I am a homeschooling housewife.  Some of my other interest are reading, sewing, crocheting, and decorating. I am not a huge fan of cooking, but as you know you must eat so I am constantly looking for quick, inexpensive ways to cook short of eating out. So from time to time I will share with you some of my fun recipes that I have found either through my internet surfing or from family or friends. I hope you all enjoy my word doodling.
