21 Days of Drinking Nothing but Water the end

Some of you have asked if I completed my goal of drinking nothing but water for 21 days and the answer is I DID! I am soo proud of myself. When others said I could not do it in my heart I secretly thought I couldn't either. But what an AWESOME GOD we serve. I now know that if I put my whole heart into something and God has given His approval there is nothing I can't do. I know I was going to write those 21 days but I soon found if I simplly focused on the task that I could do it better. My next goal is to go back onto fitnesspal.com and start counting my calories. I have found that I can loose 10 pounds it i really try. I am going to set a time limit for myself and see how much I can loose in that amount of time. Also some have asked if I went back to drinking soda and the answer is yes, but I have also found that it does not control me like it once did. I am also finding that I love the taste of cold, cold ice water with lime and lemon in it. Praise the Lord and to Him be the glory.

21 Days of Drinking Nothing but Water

July 17th Day 2: Ok this is not really that bad so far.

Yesterday, I said there was some very, good reasons for me to drink water. I have been feeling like I was addicted to the caffeine. I don't anything to have me but the Lord. So, as part of my journey to get closer to the Lord I decided to start that journey with drinking 21 days of water (that does include some flavored water). The bible says you can't have two masters in Matthew 6:24 "

"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."

Does this mean that if you drink tea, soda, or something else you are not close to the Lord? Of course not. I am just telling you my journey, however it would not hurt to take a look in your life and see if there is something that you value more than your Lord. If there is something that you value more than God, then you should give it to the Lord and ask Him how you should remedy the situation.

21 Days of a Drinking Fast

Yes, family and friends I, Kimberly Mae have decided to prove everyone WRONG and take the challenge and not drink anything but water for 21 days. I am going to record my progress here. I have however already faced opposition. There names are the children! "Would you like some tea mommy? Oh, I'm sorry I forgot." and also they are thinking of ways of sabotaging me. But seriously there are some good reasons to at least take the challenge other than proving others wrong. The reasons will be lined out as we take this journey together. July 16th Day 1:

Not too bad. I am already use to drinking 3 bottles of water a day. I must admit near dinner time I did get a little irritable. Sorry family.
