Yesterday, I said there was some very, good reasons for me to drink water. I have been feeling like I was addicted to the caffeine. I don't anything to have me but the Lord. So, as part of my journey to get closer to the Lord I decided to start that journey with drinking 21 days of water (that does include some flavored water). The bible says you can't have two masters in Matthew 6:24 "
"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
Does this mean that if you drink tea, soda, or something else you are not close to the Lord? Of course not. I am just telling you my journey, however it would not hurt to take a look in your life and see if there is something that you value more than your Lord. If there is something that you value more than God, then you should give it to the Lord and ask Him how you should remedy the situation.
